Oliver joined NVIDIA’s DVL group as a research intern in March 2026. He is an ELLIS PhD student in the Visual Inference Lab at the Technical University of Darmstadt, supervised by Stefan Roth and co-supervised by Laura Leal-Taixé at NVIDIA. His research focuses on visual scene understanding with limited supervision. Previously, he received a master’s degree in Computational Engineering with a focus on deep learning and computer vision, as well as a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from TU Darmstadt.
