Hi! I’m Sérgio, a Senior Research Engineer at the NVIDIA Dynamic Vision and Learning (DVL) group. I was previously Senior Software Engineer at Argo AI working in LiDAR panoptic segmentation for Autonomous Driving, with a brief stint at CARIAD SE once it acquired Argo AI. I will defend my Ph.D. in Computer Vision this year, where I worked in correspondence-based pose estimation and geometric deep learning. I used to be a maintainer of the Point Cloud Library (PCL) and I’m a music and homelab enthusiast.
