Yu Wang is a Research Engineer with the Autonomous Systems and Physical AI Research (ASPIRE) Group at NVIDIA Research, where he works on autonomy and reasoning-centric vision-language-action models. He received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University in 2020, advised by Prof. Ronald K. Hanson, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China. Before joining NVIDIA Research, he was a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at NVIDIA.
