Youwang is a research intern at NVIDIA’s Real-Time Graphics Research group, joined in March 2026. He is a Ph.D. student at POSTECH, Korea. His research focuses on generation and reconstruction of neural materials, leveraging large-scale foundation models and differentiable inverse rendering. Prior to joining NVIDIA, Youwang was interning at Meta Codec Avatars Lab and University of Tübingen, where he worked on generative models for creating photorealistic digital humans.
