Alex Trevithick

NVIDIA

Alex Trevithick joined NVIDIA Research in 2025. His research interests span Computer Vision, Generative Models, and Machine Learning. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from UC San Diego in 2025, advised by Professor Ravi Ramamoorthi, with an emphasis on world models for data synthesis and simulation.

In two internships at NVIDIA, Alex developed algorithms for generative modeling and view synthesis of humans from single images, as featured in the AI-mediated 3D Video Conferencing demo. At Google DeepMind, he developed methods for robust view synthesis and 4D reconstruction using data generated by video models. Before, he studied Math and Computer Science at Williams College, graduating in 2021.
