Jack Lu is a research intern with the Autonomous Vehicle Research Group at NVIDIA and a PhD candidate at NYU, advised by Mengye Ren. His research focuses on how foundation models reason, adapt, and self-improve in deployment and world model simulation, with a particular focus on autonomous systems. He previously earned a Bachelor’s in CS and Math from the University of Waterloo.
