Wenyan Cong is a Research Scientist with the Autonomous Systems and Physical AI Research (ASPIRE) Group at NVIDIA Research. She received her B.Eng. and M.S. in Computer Science and Technology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and earned her Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin, advised by Prof. Atlas Wang.
Her research focuses on modeling dynamic 3D/4D environments, world-action and vision-language-action models for embodied agents, and efficient training and inference for large foundation models. She has interned at Adobe Research, Meta FAIR, and Snap Research, and her work has received a CVPR 2025 AI4CC Workshop Best Paper Award and an MLSys 2025 Outstanding Paper Award (Honorable Mention).
