Yujui Lin received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, where he worked with Professors Kenneth Goodson and Mehdi Asheghi. He received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan and his master’s degree from Stanford.
His research focuses on embedded liquid and two-phase cooling, as well as thermal-management solutions for electronics. Within NVResearch, he will explore the thermal aspects of circuit design and the thermal-electrical co-design of advanced packages, including 3D memory-on-logic ICs, vertical power delivery, and photonic integrated circuits.
