Chong is a member of the Security and Privacy Research team, focusing on algorithmic protection for AI models and systems. His current research centers on the security of agentic and compound AI systems. Chong joined NVIDIA Research in 2025, after earning his PhD from Princeton University in 2024 and his BSE from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2019
